
Michael Foley
Michael Foley is the founder and CEO of Clarity Central, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in communications skills and interpersonal effectiveness. He also teaches in the MBA program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. His ability to connect with an audience by sharing insights and humorous stories has been at the core of his success as a corporate trainer and educator.
Prior to Clarity Central, Michael excelled in business development for General Electric. He knows firsthand what it takes to differentiate one’s self in the marketplace. As a result, he has developed talks and courses that are hard hitting, applicable, and powerful. His “zero fluff” approach to education is highly engaging for even the toughest of audiences.
Michael holds a BS in Engineering, an MA in Human Development, an MBA, and a certificate in executive coaching. He is a contributor to the Harvard Business Review and in 2014 he was recognized by the National Speakers Association as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest international recognition for professional speakers.

Scott Nelson
Scott Nelson is a leadership coach, corporate trainer and senior partner at Clarity Central. His emotional intelligence, authentic feedback and ability to teach personal awareness have been key to his success in developing others. He is also an adjunct faculty member for the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business Executive Education.
Scott has done post-graduate work in ontology following his BBA in Management. He started his career as a sales manager while also training and speaking on the topic of influential communication. Prior to Clarity Central he was a conflict resolution mediator at Mayo Clinic.
Scott’s experience involves several industries as well as many different organizational and personality types. He has worked with people of incredibly varied backgrounds from Maasai tribes in Tanzania to leaders in corporations, healthcare, non-profits, schools, and local and federal government.

Miki Huntington
Miki Huntington is a corporate trainer for Clarity Central. She is also an instructor at Minneapolis Community & Technical College and Metropolitan State University. Miki is an experienced and engaging speaker, workshop facilitator, and personal leadership coach.
Prior to her work at Clarity Central, Miki served in the U.S. Army for 25 years as a helicopter pilot and Foreign Area Officer (FAO). She has a BA in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), and MA in International Relations/Asian Studies from the University of Washington, as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate in College Teaching from Capella University. Miki is also credentialed by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

Alexandra Gonzalez
Alexandra Gonzalez is a bilingual public speaking coach and educator. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Rhetoric and Public Culture at Northwestern University, where she teaches public speaking at the Kellogg School of Management.
Alexandra leverages her professional experience and academic expertise to help clients overcome their fear of public speaking and to step into the power of their voice. Her strengths-focused coaching combines a critical eye and direct feedback with empathy and humor.
Prior to Clarity Central, Alexandra worked in digital advertising sales and partner management at Google. She holds an MA with Distinction in Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse from DePaul University and a BS in Journalism from the University of Florida. During her undergraduate career, Alexandra competed in forensics and was a National Champion, National Finalist, and State Champion in multiple public speaking events.
